Refund and Cancellation Conditions
If you wish to cancel or terminate any of our products and services(Twc & RR Email Login), the below-mentioned rules are applicable, as per our company’s norms.
1.If the Cancel Order is Made by the Customer.
The cancellation of any of our product and service is automated. You can simply log in to our website and from “My Order” cancel the order you wish to terminate. You will be provided with all the options on our website, make sure to keep an eye on all of them. You can cancel the entire service or a part of it and it will be cancelled immediately with an immediate effect on refunding. Your refunding will be processed and the amount you paid will be returned back to you automatically. However, the refunded amount has certain terms and conditions as per our company’s policy.
2. If the Amount is Paid in Advance.
If the payment of the service is done via any form of electronic banking such as Debit card, Credit Card, Net Banking etc. then the amount which you are supposed to receive will be given back to you via the same medium. Our representatives will check the status of the services to ensure it isn’t misused. Only when all our pre-defined criteria are met, then we will proceed with your refund. The amount payable to you will be credited into your account within 3-4 business days.
3.If the Amount is Paid with Promotional Codes.
If the total amount which you paid for the Roadrunner email service was inclusive of promotional or any other kind of discount coupons used, then when you cancel it, you will be only provided with the money you paid for. The refund amount too will be inclusive of all the kinds of discount. The money you paid will be the money you get in return.
4.If the Amount is Paid via Cash.
This is only the case if you return the services and the amount is paid in cash. In such cases, you will not find any return option highlighted on our website. This is because we do not accept returns for the services which are paid in cash. You cannot partially or fully cancel any of the order paid in cash. There is no return policy in such a case. For more information, you can contact our customer care number and take to our representative. They will try to resolve your query in the best possible way.
5.If the Amount is Paid via Cash Along with a Promotional Offer.
There is no return policy for even the payments which are made in cash inclusive of promotional discount. You simply cannot place a return order as you are not liable to do so because we do not accept returns for services which have been paid in cash.
